Photo by Alvin Reinauer 12/2019; be advised of "fees" by Customs, Airport, and Ramp especially for arrival on holidays or after published hours.  Allow for extra time clearing airport customs inbound or outbound if not a scheduled operator.  Excellent dining and friendly service at the Tiki Restaurant.  Its apparently exceptionally poor form to show up unexpected - I would ensure you are expected by calling 24 hours in advance and getting specific names of who authorized your arrival; despite us having a very experienced dispatch company involved and permits in hand we ended up unexpected on a holiday.
