In November 2018, ownership of Race City Flight Operations changed hands and has been refocused on general aviation and making sure every Cessna and Piper are treated like the Gulfstreams get treated at the big airports. Lake Norman is a fantastic location, and the Lake Norman Air Park is perfectly situated to get you easy access to Mooresville and all the area has to offer. Race City Flight Operations is also a flight school offering discovery flights, flight training and currency checks.
