Melilla is a small Spanish city (SPAIN) located in AFRICA and bordering Morocco, but it is by no means a Moroccan city.
Melilla is SPAIN
GEML ("G", part of North Africa and the Canary Islands, "E", SPAIN, I think it's clear enough).
These errors agree to clarify because they do not help at all to air navigation.
Rectify, please, in favor of air navigation.
