Why runways 13L & 13R  ISL frequencies are absent?  According to Aerocivil.gov.co they are:

13L  - 111.3 MHz

13R  - 110.7 MHz

the link for access to AIP Colombia is invalid and the SID's are not shown in the map when you fill them in the item 15 in the fpl.
