SkyVector Terms of Service
SkyVector provides this service "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Skyvector strives to maintain accurate and current data. SkyVector receives that data from a variety of sources, many of which are outside SkyVector's control. Therefore SkyVector does not make any promises that the data you see here will be correct, complete, up-to-date, or accurate. By using SkyVector you agree and accept that you do so at your own risk.
The Pilot in Command (PIC) is solely responsible for the safety of flight irrespective of any service provided by SkyVector. The PIC bears total responsibility that any flight be carried out in a safe and legal manner. SkyVector does not and cannot share any of that responsibility. If you do not agree to this, you should not use SkyVector (and you should probably not act as PIC.)
You expressly agree that the use of SkyVector is at your sole risk and you assume all risk. Neither SkyVector nor its employees warrant that SkyVector will be available, accurate, and error free. Nor do they make any any warranty as to the accuracy of the results that may be obtained from the use of SkyVector, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided through SkyVector.
You may not use SkyVector to perform any illegal act. All access is logged by IP address, along with any identifying information transmitted to our servers. If you file fraudulent flight plans you will be prosecuted by federal authorities.
You and your heirs finally agree to forever hold harmless SkyVector for any injury, damage, loss of life, interruption of business, destruction of property or loss of priceless objects that may arise from any defect, omission, error, or failure that is the fault of SkyVector's, including defects related to user-interface design choices, readability or formatting of data, gross inaccuracies in data sources, programming errors, and incorrect computation results.
Lastly, you agree that SkyVector has the right to make any changes it desires to make, and from time to time will make such changes with no announcement or warning.
