The airport, conveniently located along Rt. 902 in Mahoning Township, just 3 miles west of Lehighton and 8 miles from Jim Thorpe, offers easy access to a variety of activities in Carbon County. As part of our full-service offerings, we provide a comfortable lounge area for pilots and passengers, featuring restrooms, free WIFI, an internet-connected desktop computer/printer, an Automated Weather Observation display, and a large screen TV. We also offer 100 octane Low Lead Avgas and Jet fuel for aviation customers, with Avgas commonly used by small aircraft and Jet Fuel catering primarily to helicopters and turbo prop aircraft.

For aircraft owners and aviation businesses, the airport provides rental opportunities for aircraft hangars, hard surface aircraft tie-downs, and office spaces. Our Airport Authority is dedicated to mana

ging the day-to-day operations of the airport while ensuring the maintenance of the aircraft hangar spaces, airport grounds, buildings, and aviation infrastructure.
