General DeWitt Spain Airport is owned and operated by the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority. This general aviation airport is located just minutes from Downtown Memphis. Services include fuel, hangar space, aircraft parking, tie-downs and GPU.

The facility includes a pilot lounge, meeting facilities, pilot supplies, refreshments, AWOS-AC, Wi-Fi, refreshments and more.

General DeWitt Spain airport features 24 hour taxi service, Enterprise Rental Car (delivered to location), and a free courtesy car during hours of operation, overnight hangar space and tie-downs.

Fuel

• Self-service fuel is available 24 hours a day (100LL and Jet A -premix)
• Aircraft Maintenance – Cessna Service Center on-site operated by Downtown Aviation (901) 354-3001.

Hangar space & development

General DeWitt Spain Airport features a brand new, heated corporate hangar space with epoxy floors. Rental rates start at $325/month with a month-to-month agreement.

The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority leases land for hangar development. Lease agreements have a 20-year term, after which the hangar reverts to the Airport Authority. The tenant will then have first right of refusal to rent the hangar back at fair market value as set by an independent appraiser.
