Mistakes in plotting sigmet polygonon

Sigmets from Uruguay are being uncorrectly plotted, covering a very larger area. For example,

The area displayed by skyvector covers a very huge area!

Yeah we saw that too. Looks like they have a new way of encoding points. Should be parsing correctly now.

It covers practically the entire South America.

Why it's failing

Hopefully someone in SUMU sees this:


You are failling to include the "WI" (within) keyword before your coordinates.


We made a special exception to assume WI if coordinates followed FCTS or OBS.


Then you misspelled FCST as FSCT.


Then you put "TOP FL450" !!BEFORE!! the shape. That's supposed to come after the shape.


Then you issued "SUMU SIGMET 1". That sould be "SUEO SIGMET 1". We are using the FIR identifier to trigger these special parsing rules.


In conclusion: If you're going to refuse to use "WI", you cannot misspell FCST or OBS or put the vertical limits before the area descriptor or use SUMU as your FIR identifier.
