Questions on the charts

Cound anyone offer help understanding the flight charts?

 

For the NTN/YNTN

  1. We found different runway heading angle comparing to Google map, the angle from Gmap is 147.8 and 327.8.
  2. For the runway 14 and 32, (exactly one way) got different elevation height? Like 28m and 72m?
  3.  How to understand the route in different color in VFR chart?
  4. How do we understand the route in different color,

  5. And what does the J138  /130 and B587  /168 mean? I guess it as J for Jet, then what about W and B?

A. The runway is based off of

A. The runway is based off of Magnetic. The runway numbers are updated usually every 10 years, when re-surveyed, when re-painted or re-surfaced. So most likely a few years ago it was 144 and 324 and has now shifted. Next time the airport is updated the runway will become 15 and 33.

Black - VOR

Brown - Low Frequency, LF, I.E. NDB or similar, usually AM.

Blue - RNAV / GPS only

 

D.

V - VOR Route

J - Jet Routes (High Altitude)

T / W / Z - GPS Route (I can't find literature at the moment on W routes, it's GPS if I remember correctly.)

U - UHF Route

IR / VR - Military Training Routes

AR - Aerial Refueling

 

Not sure about B, I don't see a B route on there either. Anyone got that one?
