Hangar Haciendas Airpark Update Information
Official name of facility, per Maricopa County, AZ, is "Hangar Haciendas Airpark" (not 'Airport'). Is not marked on Phoenix Sectional; is marked on Phoenix TAC. "Airspace Analysis: CONDITIONAL PROVIDED FOR PRIVATE USE AND VFR ONLY" should include " ... DAY VFR ONLY."
Remove "ASOS at LUF (5.5W): 623-856-4361", replace with: ATIS at GYR (13.0 W): 118.35"
Add: CTAF: 122.9 "Hangar Haciendas Traffic".
Add (after "Runway 26"): (Right traffic)
Ammend: Runway 08/26 Length: 2436 ft
Ammend: "Numbers Only in good condition" to "Numbers and centerline stripe in good condition".
Ammend: "Obstacles: 40 ft Power Lines 232 ft from Runway 26" to read : "... from Runway 26 threshold".
Add: "TPA: 2500 ft msl upwind, 2000 ft msl downwind."
Add: "Preferred Runway: Runway 08 landing, Runway 26 takeoff, winds permitting"
