THE OBJECTIONABLE DETERMINATION CAN THEN BE REMOVED. 2. IF ITEM #1 IS NOT FEASIBLE, THIS OBJECTION MAY BE REMOVED AFTER RECEIPT OF A SIGNED LETTER OF AGREEMENT (LOA) BETWEEN BEL VOIR ACRES, TURKEY MOUNTAIN ESTATES, AND TABLE ROCK AIRPORTS. EAGLES NEST AIRPORT SHOULD ALSO BE INCLUDED SINCE THAT AIRPORT'S TRAFFIC PATTERN COMPLETELY OVERLAPS TABLE ROCK AIRPORT. CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING FOR THE LOA: A. COMMON FREQUENCY TO BE MONITORED BY ALL AIRCRAFT USING THESE AIRPORTS. ALTHOUGH RADIOS ARE NOT REQUIRED BY THE AIRCRAFT USING THESE AIRPORTS, BECAUSE OF THE CLOSE PROXIMITY, TWO WAY COMMUNICATION WOULD SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE AVIATION SAFETY AND SITUATIONAL AWARENESS. B.
