Regarding overnight tiedown... there is no common area. However, there are tenants on the field that will arrange tiedown on their lots for a fee. Call in advance to the airport manager, and they will connect you with tenants on the field. Fuel farm works well... great prices on fuel, water (sink near fuel farm).
